It is important when installing an above ground pool to put down at least 3” of clean pool sand. The pool sand must be free of roots, sticks, rocks, or any other debris that can puncture the liner. It is very important to get the pool sand level before you install the above ground pool in Toledo, Ohio. If the pool sand is not level, the pool will be very difficult to install. The pool sand must also be compacted very well, so when walking in the pool the sand does not move or push out.
